Hello, I'm new in here - obviously!  Cheesy - I've had series of things happening to me over a very long, long time.  At the time I just did not connect anything, even now I'm struggling to find the connection, though it's there, plainly.

The very recent occurence was that I had been delusional for a while, thinking along the lines of "what is the whole point?".  Every thing I do, I know it's for a reason, and every reason implores I act on it, but for what?  Nothing made any sense yet everything made sense, though it was very obscured.

One day, I was driving along to Bristol, entering the fly-over from the M4 to join M5, there was a queue of traffic, a beautiful kestrel flew down and sat on the fence on my right, it was looking straight at me.  I had no idea what it meant, just observed the beauty of having a bird of prey right next to me.  A few days later, on the slip road going into the M4, there was traffic there, a kestrel flew down and landed on a fence on my right.  It was looking directly at me.

I've since been searching for anything to link kestrel and my ascension progress.  I've discovered that your right side is connected to spiritually, and I found an article about power animals and this is what was written about kestrels.

Quote
The kestrel teaches control of speed and movement. It teaches patience as well as quick-thinking; survival of Self and Family; observation, and keen-awareness; they teach that size does not constitute strength. Another aspect of being able to fly and soar reminds us to be detached from situations that call for us to see the "bigger picture." Rise above the stress and strife and come to actually see and perceive the magnitude of all things. The kestrel is often a symbol for recognizing opportunities and acting upon them at only the correct moment. It teaches speed and accuracy of action as falcons use their plunge to kill their prey, striking it hard. The kestrel and any falcon can teach us to know when to act, and how to fully commit to our actions, as well as how to use our strengths for the greatest success.

It's amazing, there are a lot here that makes sense, as a lot of my thoughts lately had been interupted with life and home life, complications that are a direct result from not having a 'me' time to see the bigger picture and to gain from what I need to know.

It's an onward progress, and I've so much more to go through before I - if ever - get the answers to what I've been trying to find for all the questions and reasons I've had.
