Spiritual Growth

Spiritual growth is one of life’s certainties. The whole point of all your life experiences is to promote learning; to advance your understanding of who you really are, and of what is real (that is to say enduring) in contrast to what is unreal (or rather fleeting). Your growth in Spirit is a naturally occurring phenomenon. It cannot be stopped no matter how hard one tries. You may stall this growth, you may obstruct it or even retard it, but you can never truly overcome it. Ultimately, in the end this expansion of consciousness always wins out. Growing spiritually is something that just happens like puberty or the seasons. You have within you something which is divine, something so brilliant it cannot stay contained. It cannot stay obscured. It, that divine spark at the center of everything (that is the Source of All being), is unbound. Its full expression through you, and through All, is imminent. None can resist Its inner promptings forever. For that which, by nature, is without bounds cannot be repressed indefinitely. Your growth in spirit, therefore, is assured. How quickly or how slowly this growth unfolds however, is a thing determined by your personal choices.
